Roma Villa was founded by Mahsa Hamedanizadeh, MCP, RCC, and is growing deliberately rather than quickly. The aim is a small group of clinicians who each bring real depth in something, rather than a large roster of generalists.
Part of that is language. Therapy works better in a client's first language, and the Lower Mainland is badly served on that front. We already offer sessions in Farsi, and we are actively interested in clinicians who can offer therapy in Punjabi or other languages spoken across Langley and Surrey.
What the practice handles
- Client enquiries, intake, and scheduling through Jane
- Direct billing to major insurers
- Website, search, and referral generation
- Office space in Willoughby, Langley, plus secure video for online sessions
Who we are looking for
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or equivalent registration in British Columbia
- Trauma-informed practice and a modality you have real depth in
- Comfort working with individuals, couples, or both
- A second language is a genuine asset, particularly Punjabi or Farsi

Serving Langley, Surrey, and across BC
The office is in Willoughby, Langley, and clinicians also see clients online across British Columbia. That suits counsellors based in Surrey, Cloverdale, Abbotsford, or the wider Fraser Valley who want in-person space some days and remote work on others.
