Does any of this sound familiar?
- Different partner, same ending, and the same questions about what went wrong.
- Being drawn to people who are unavailable, or who don't treat you well.
- Losing yourself in a relationship, then not recognising who you've become.
- Seeing the pattern clearly from the outside, and still finding yourself back in it.
Patterns repeat for a reason.
The relationships we choose often follow what we learned about love early on, even when it hurt. That isn't a flaw in you. It is familiar, and familiar can feel like home. You shouldn't have to keep reliving the same story, and you don't have to rewrite it on your own.
