Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Overthinking that keeps you up at night, replaying conversations or running through what could go wrong.
  • Feeling anxious or on edge most of the time, even when nothing is wrong.
  • Reacting strongly to small things, then wondering afterwards why it hit so hard.
  • Panic attacks that arrive suddenly, with a racing heart, short breath or a sense that something terrible is about to happen.
  • Avoiding people, places or decisions because the worry feels too big.
  • Feeling tired from holding it all together on the outside.

What can change

Anxiety often makes sense once you understand where it comes from. Counselling helps you find that out, and gives you ways to respond to it.

  • Understand what sets off your anxiety and why your body reacts the way it does.
  • Learn practical ways to slow racing thoughts and settle panic when it starts.
  • Notice the patterns, often from earlier in life, that keep the worry going.
  • Feel steadier in daily life, with more room for rest, people and the things you enjoy.

This is how you get started:

  3. Begin Your Journey

Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, so change can last.

Have questions about anxiety counselling?

Do I need a diagnosis to get counselling for anxiety?

No. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral. If worry, overthinking or panic is getting in the way of your life, that is reason enough to reach out.

How long does anxiety counselling take?

It depends on your goals and what is behind the anxiety. Some people notice a difference within a few sessions; others benefit from support over several months. Sessions last about 50 minutes and are usually weekly or every two weeks.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Sessions are available in person in Langley and online anywhere in British Columbia, in English or Farsi.
